(Extroverts are welcome, too, though we do things a little differently to be make introverts and neurodiverse folks comfortable at our events!)

Our event will be lead by our founder and CEO, Chrysta Bairre, a career coach, speaker, and author of Beautiful Badass: How To Believe In Yourself Against The Odds. Chrysta's work helps women earn more while working less so they banish burnout, enjoy financial stability, and make a difference doing work they love without overworking and overgiving.

This is an intimate, hands-on, personalized experience that will give you permission to embrace the ease. Instead of filling a notebook with notes you never look at again, you'll be guided through a workbook to create a personalized strategy that makes it easy to succeed!
