Welcome to the She Flourishes Information Meeting! Amy Lahmers and Jennifer Jackson will be introducing the She Flourishes Peer Leadership Group to those interested in learning more! To learn more and to register, visit:

She Flourishes is a peer group of women emerging leaders, and those ready to break through personal and professional barriers. It blends professional development and spiritual growth and meets over four months in six 90-minute virtual sessions, two 1-1 individual coaching sessions, and three small group coaching circles. Participants share their experiences, challenges, and solutions with like-minded women. Alumni are added to a virtual alumni group for ongoing community and connection. The program focuses on equipping women with tools to boost confidence, gain clarity on their purpose and goals, and build a supportive community.

Meet the facilitators!

Amy Lahmers, Founder & President of FlourishesConsulting, is passionate about seeing leaders and their teams grow, succeed, and flourish together. Amy brings a wealth of experience to her clients; prior to launching FlourishesConsulting, she spent more than 20 years in higher education, healthcare, non-profit, church leadership, and consulting roles in both large and small organizations. She serves as a trusted guide, walking alongside leaders, teams, and organizations on their journeys of growth and transformation. Amy enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, and nurturing her flower gardens.

Jennifer Jackson has joyfully served Jesus for more than 30 years as a Bible teacher, speaker, and host of the Simply for Women radio show. She is passionate about leading women to Christ and making the spiritually complicated aspects of life simple, allowing them to experience deeper intimacy with God. She loves inspiring women to discover healing, forgiveness, and freedom. Jennifer has led in diverse ministry roles, including international missions, community outreach, and women’s ministry. Jennifer cherishes her family and is energized by people, joy, and Jennifer and her husband, Doyle, serve at The Church Next Door in Columbus, Ohio.
