In celebration of Black Business Month, She Did That., the leading platform for elevating and celebrating Black women entrepreneurs, is partnering with the New York Liberty to host a dynamic two-part experience at Barclays Center. Designed to amplify the voices and ventures of Black women in sports, this powerful collaboration includes the POWER PLAYS panel discussion on August 26 and the New York Liberty Caribbean Marketplace curated by She Did That. on August 28.
POWER PLAYS: A Conversation with Women Changing the Game
On Tuesday, August 26, She Did That. and New York Liberty will host POWER PLAYS, a thought-provoking conversation spotlighting women making major moves behind the scenes in sports. From C-suite leaders and marketing execs to stylists and storytellers, this panel will explore how women, particularly Black women, are shaping the industry in innovative and impactful ways off the court. Held at Barclays Center, this gathering will foster inspiration, connection, and visibility for the women often driving sports culture from behind the scenes.

Then on Thursday, August 28, the celebration continues during the New York Liberty vs. Washington Mystics game with the Caribbean Market curated by She Did That.. This vibrant market will highlight 10 Caribbean women-owned brands, showcasing the richness, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of Caribbean culture.
