The SHE Women's Triathlon Series is more than just a swim, cycle, and run or walk. Race Distances:
Triathlon: 300 m swim (pool), 10 km cycle, 3 km run or walk.
Duathlon: 1 km run, 10 km cycle, 3 km run or walk.
Team Options:
Teams of two or three women sharing disciplines are available for both Triathlon and Duathlon.
