Breathwork rooted in Tantra Yoga for women who seek to explore subtle and creative energy within themselves. Together, we will explore the deep effects of intentional breathing alongside practices such as toning, yogic mudras, and deep relaxation. A safe container for emotional release, self-exploration, deeper body awareness, and connection within the circle. All women are welcome.
The evening will begin with gentle warm-ups, and the breath will oscillate between long, slow rhythms and moments of higher intensity, following an arc with space for deep receptivity to the subtle energy awakened through breathing.

Meet Leslie:
Leslie is a traditional Hatha and Tantra yoga teacher, meditation and dance facilitator, and the founder of All Inclusive Life, a Greensboro based community devoted to conscious movement and self-expression.
She believes that stillness, intentional breathing, and playful, spontaneous yet conscious movement are essential practices for developing emotional intelligence and cognitive clarity and for softening into safety and embodied wisdom.
