Who may apply?
Under the MKN SOP for Non-Muslim Places of Worship, masses are open to Catholics (above age 12) with the following status in MySejahtera:
- Individual who is "Fully vaccinated" or "Exempted"
- Individual who is classified as "Low Risk" or "Casual Contact No Symptom".
Children under the age of 12 are not encouraged to attend. To join public masses, they must be accompanied by at least one parent who is fully vaccinated, with a written consent form from the parent of the child (the consent is embedded in online registration form).
Please note that the Archbishop has dispensed the faithful from attending Masses on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation. Those unable to come may follow the live-streamed Masses online.
