The conversation will centre on the transformative power of exponential storytelling and emphasise the crucial nexus between climate justice, people, and places.


Juliet Kinsman is an editor, journalist, broadcaster and speaker who shares stories to inspire impact. The first Sustainability Editor of Condé Nast Traveller and the driving force behind the London Evening Standard's sustainable travel channel, she's written and edited many guidebooks and her podcast 'Funny Old World’ with media personality Simon London is an edutaining easy listen about all things eco: "Our mission is to engage people with the WHY it matters and the how and what to do when it comes to sustainability and tackling the climate emergency — but in simple terms, with a little laughter along the way.” Follow her on Instagram.

Special Guests
Katy Roxburgh is a Strategic Communications Advisor focused on conservation and sustainable development. She is currently serving as Director of Communications for the Campaign for Nature – a global campaign working to safeguard at least 30% of the world's land and ocean by 2030 while simultaneously advancing Indigenous rights and significantly ramping up global finance for nature.
Giel Malual is a South Sudanese speaker and advocate for refugee rights. Giel's work is powered by his own story of crossing land and sea to make it to safety aged just 16. Despite facing imprisonment, modern day slavery and more, Giel's courage and bravery have seen him overcome all odds to arrive to the UK, where he is now studying, working as a model and advocating for refugee rights through his talks in school, universities and events.
