Sharing Our Stories – Through Art & Conversation with Amanta Scott

Harrison Park Community Centre - Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada
Part I: Participants explore and interact with the contents of a suitcase to create personally significant art installations and share their stories.
Part II: Inspired by these conversations and installations, participants create sketches, mixed media portraits, collages or assemblages (representational or abstract) of a person, creature, object or experience that has made a difference in their life.
Part III: Participants present their work to the group, discuss their experiences and evaluate the overall success of the workshop
Workshop runs Monday September 1 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm and Tuesday September 2 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.
Cost: $325 - Preregistration required.
