Join our relaxed focus group on Tuesday the 11th of November to share your experiences!Some topics we will be discussing include:
- thoughts, feelings & experiences of diagnosis
- mental health support
- experiences in education settings
- friendships & relationships
- experiences of transitioning from children's to adult services
- other experiences of health and social care
This is a relaxed, informal environment. You are welcome to take part in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

Why take part?
Your voice can help create real change. Everything you share will stay anonymous, but your experiences will shape a public report from Healthwatch Gloucestershire, highlighting your lived experience and what needs to improve for autistic and ADHD girls, women, and gender-diverse young people.
That report will be shared with local health and social care leaders, who are required to respond to our recommendations. What you share can directly influence how services are designed and delivered in the future.
