SHARE Where presence meets connection

SHARE is a 4-module journey designed to support personal growth through presence, resilience, and authentic connection.Each module includes two meetings of 2.5 hours each, combining guided practices, somatic exercises, and experiential learning to help you:

• Cultivate self-regulation and inner resilience
• Reconnect with your inner child and authentic self
• Explore boundaries, needs, and healthy relating
• Work with the inner critic, shame, and guilt from a somatic perspective
• Deepen self-worth, intuition, and inner guidance

This program is for those ready to slow down, listen inwardly, and bring more clarity and authenticity into their relationships and daily life.

For those who have never worked with me before, a free intake session is recommended. It’s a chance to meet, explore your needs, and see if this course is the right fit.

You can join the full journey, or choose a single module (two meetings). While this ensures deeper integration, participants may also book a single meeting if that best fits their needs.
