The Summer Share, the Shred Series, is back! This event was put together to provide kids and families with a free and friendly welcome into the sport of mountain biking and as a way for families to spend more time outdoors together. These nights will teach and encourage kids, both new and familiar with the sport, the techniques and trail awareness needed to have a good time on their bike.
A limited bike supply is available to borrow provided by the Duluth Parks and Rec department. If you are interested in borrowing a bike, please email [email protected] to reserve one.
This event is for children 2-18.
Kids will be broken up by age and biking ability, and there will even be a group for the littlest groms on their push bikes and trikes.
A bike helmet and a bike are the only mandatory gear for participation.
Tennis shoes and comfortable riding clothes are also encouraged.
