This marks the SECOND of our six SHARE THE LOVE events for 2024 where we are selecting charities to support on a special shopping day.
Here's a little about Sandra, in Kristin's own words.
"Born and raised in the Netherlands, she met my dad during a summer visit to Connecticut as their two dads did business together and that is how they started dating and married. She was diagnosed with MS at 29-years-old shortly after she gave birth to me (which is quite common). She bravely fought for 30 years and passed away at 59 years due to complications. She helped run an investment club in our neighborhood, loved to walk everyday, was an expert skier, loved her dog, her friends and was one of the most thoughtful people you would have ever met."
To date, Kristin has raised over $40,000 to help fund finding a cure for MS, and her goal is to have raised $100,000 before she is 50!
