The Health Fund is proud to partner with Healthy Places by Design (HPbD) to deliver tailored technical assistance services for our built environment grantees. This initiative is designed to empower our grantees with the tools and resources needed to enhance community-driven projects that promote health and well-being.
Kickoff Event Details:
To launch this annual TA collaboration, we’re hosting an engaging in-person kickoff event in Lansing. This gathering will bring together representatives from Health Fund grantee organizations, and is crafted to equip participants with actionable strategies to:
- Foster collaborative engagement processes that strengthen community partnerships.
- Navigate complex funding opportunities such as the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), Safe Routes to School (SRTS), Transportation Economic Development Fund (TEDF), and DNR Passport grants.
- Understand and implement impactful projects and initiatives with long-lasting community benefits.
We look forward to this exciting opportunity to learn, connect, and collaborate as we work together to create healthier, more equitable built environments across Michigan.
