Shaping Send Futures - Hinckley and Bosworth

Established in 2024, the SSF collaboration brings families and carers together with professionals working in local authorities, health, education and the voluntary sector to co-produce initiatives that make a real difference to local people.

This event will explore ideas that contribute to our aims and principles, which are:

• Ensuring that the child and family are at the heart of what we all do
  
• Having an accurate understanding of the needs and lived experiences of children and young people with SEND
  
• Preparing children and young people with SEND for successful transition throughout their life
  
• Working with partners to plan, deliver and quality assure Leicestershire’s offer
  
• Providing timely and effective support to enable children and young people with SEND to thrive and belong in their communities.

Join us on 3rd October to connect with new colleagues, gain a better understanding of current provision and to work towards new new initiatives that will shape SEND futures.
