This class is at the Merriam Community Center 6040 Slater St, Merriam, KS 66202Challenge yourself and see results with High Intensity Interval training. This class features cardio and weight training to improve endurance, build strength, and increase energy. All fitness levels are welcome.

2. Non-Members can purchase class sessions each month
