About this Event

In order to help participants achieve a healthy weight and cultivate good lifestyle habits, we plan to hold a weight loss training activity. This event will be guided by senior fitness coach KIESHA ADELUNG, who will help participants achieve their goal of healthy weight loss through professional training plans and nutritional advice.

Assist participants in losing excess fat and achieving a healthy weight standard;

Improve the physical fitness and endurance of participants;

Cultivate good dietary and exercise habits among participants;

Enhance the self-confidence and positive attitude of participants.

Activity content

Physical assessment: Before the start of the activity, conduct a body composition analysis to understand the participants' weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and other indicators.

Aerobic training: including aerobic exercises such as running, skipping rope, elliptical machines, etc., to improve cardiovascular function and accelerate fat burning.

Strength training: Use dumbbells, barbells, and other equipment for strength training to increase muscle mass and improve basal metabolic rate.

Flexibility training: Conduct flexibility training such as yoga and Pilates to relax muscles and prevent sports injuries.

Nutrition guidance: Provide personalized dietary advice to help participants control their calorie intake and increase their intake of nutrients such as protein and dietary fiber.

Event precautions

During the training process, if there is any discomfort, please provide timely feedback to the coach to avoid injury.
