CLASS TIMES:
-Fall session held: September 4th - October 9th
-Yin Class - QiGong, Stretching, Martial Tai Chi: Sundays at 9:30 - 10:30am
-Yang Class - Shaolin Kung Fu: Thursdays at 6:30-7:30pm

PRICING*:
Drop-In Rate: $20/class
Full 6-Week Course: $165
(That’s $15/class × 11 classes total)

Cash accepted onsite — please arrive 10 minutes early if paying in person.
UNIFORM/DRESS:
Official hand-printed uniform shirts can be purchased for $25. Uniforms are not required for this 6-week session. Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
We recommend a plain t-shirt and black, loose fitting track pants, as well as outdoor flexible shoes with no metal or sharp edges.
You may go barefoot in the grass at Barefoot Bushcraft.
Please dress appropriately for the weather. We are outside for this session, no cover.
Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, an EMAIL will be sent out before class with details.
CLASS PREPARATION:
Please do not wear jewelry or anything with studs, zippers, etc. as these can easily snag and cause injury to yourself, others or damage to equipment.
Please bring to each class:
-a full water bottle
-a towel for sweat
-a yoga mat
-a notebook and pen to take notes
-any personal items you may need for exercise or being outdoors
Clear your mind and heart before each class. It is time to focus on your training. Trust that you will feel more confident and clear-headed to handle life’s problems after completing your class.
Parking is available onsite. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled into class.
Spectators welcome (bring a camp chair!).
