RPYT Certification is open to anyone that’s completed the Advanced Certification and is registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200.The RPYT Certification covers classroom scenarios, how to teach Postnatal Class as well as Mama & Me style classes. You will be able to facilitate help to women that are dealing with many postpartum issues such as diathesis recti and pelvic floor related issues We will also cover how to help women seek help for postpartum depression. As a RPYT you will be able to teach safe, therapeutic and inspiring pre and postnatal classes.
