Shanghai DIY Art Market champions both established, and early-career artists who work across diverse creative fields, providing an affordable platform for them to exhibit their work, engage with visitors, share experiences, opportunities, and sell their artwork.
This event will showcase over 300 (???) international artists / publishers, all from a wide range of artistic backgrounds, providing visitors the opportunity to discover a unique range of artwork, that will include - art prints, ceramics, zines, originals, publications, risograph prints, sculptures, jewellery, sewn items, and much more.
Shanghai DIY Art Market is China's go-to-destination to pick up artwork on a budget, whilst supporting emerging talent.

Shanghai DIY Art Market is an open submission event, with preference given to applicants who are actively creating new works, or are taking new, experimental approaches in their practice. We also aspire to find the balance of new, and returning exhibitors, while prioritizing emerging, and underrepresented artists.
Exhibitors based outside of China are welcome to apply, and successful applicants will be contacted within by ???

Shanghai DIY Art Market is a place where one can find ceramics, jewellery, zines, and comics, artist editions, limited multiples, sewn items, limited edition prints, and other original objects.
We are committed to making our events as welcoming as possible for all visitors, booking venues that are wheelchair accessible, and dog friendly.
