Here we have it our second 100% volunteer run, not-for-profit festival fundraiser, a family friendly event inviting young to old and accommodating for all, a coming together in love and solidarity for Palestine with every penny going towards Palestinians. ❤️🖤🤍💚Following on from our successful event in May, 'Shams' (meaning sun in Arabic) have become a collective with the dedicated aim of raising money for numerous causes supporting Palestinians.
In brief we are fully funding a community centre that hosts numerous programs and activities including a learning program for 80 children from 7-18. The centre is in Cairo where many Palestinians fled. It offers education, psychological support and a space to come together. We are also suppotting other individuals and programs on top of this.

With the horror and darkness of what is happening in Gaza and West Bank, the strength and resilience of Palestinians has no choice but to grow by the day. The whole world will be tangled in this history forever. So what other option is there than to unite, educate ourselves and each other, be present and aware of what is happening, and be grateful to be together in a beautiful place with beautiful people. With an outcome of raising money that will help many, it will be the best place in West Wales to be. ❤️🤍🖤💚
