Shamrock Shakeout Party and Group Training!

The Shamrock Run and Walk is BACK and we can't wait to see you outside, moving, and having fun! Foot Traffic and the Shamrock Run are joining forces again to bring you our annual pre-race ice breaker party, the Shamrock Shakeout. This free event works perfect as a pre-spring rust buster and an excuse to get your friends together to start thinking about training for this Spring's event.

WHERE & WHEN:

• Jan. 25th, Foot Traffic Northeast (4020 NE Fremont St.)
• Meet at: 9am | Run/Walk: 9:15am
• 10am: Raffle, green pancakes and beer, and fun!
• FREE EVENT! Free gift to first 25 to RSVP!
• 2, 4, and 6 mile options on our "clover" course.
• Everyone gets a raffle ticket when you finish. Prizes from sponsors and the race!
• Registration options for the Shamrock Run that day as well!
• RESOLUTION SALE! Big discounts on all gear in the store and closeouts on shoes and apparel.

1. Northeast, Jan. 25th: Shamrock Shakeout Kick-off event!
2. Sellwood, Feb.1st: Setting the perfect goal (and pace) and achieving it. 3-6 mile options.
3. Downtown, Feb. 8th: Building strength and addressing injuries now. 3-6-9 mile options.
4. Cedar Mill, Feb. 15th: Fast is relative. Improving YOUR speed with intervals, hills, & fartleks. 3-6-9 mile options
5. Southeast, FEB. 22nd! Joining the FIRST DAY of GO PORTLAND, our 5-month- group training program for free on Feb. 22nd! 3, 6, 9 mile option.
