Mike Penny's journey with shamisen extends from traditional tsugaru minyo to fast-paced Romany tunes, including classical fugues, Irish jigs, and many more cultural styles and genres. This immense experience with fusion gives Mike Penny unique insights into shamisen technique which very few in the world have experienced.
