I'm pleased to announce our first 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 in November 2025, at the beautiful Peppers Retreat in Kingscliff NSW.

I'm honoured and thrilled that Toni Herbine-Blank has agreed to join live via video feed for 2 mornings of the retreat to share her knowledge and personal offerings around healing shame in our systems.

This is a retreat focused on working with our own parts and the space will be offering for a gentle holding of your parts as we tend to some of our most vulnerable protectors and wounded parts

Together, we’ll gently explore the shaming protectors and tender exiles that carry our core wounds of worthlessness. Through guided IFS processes, group connection, and spacious compassion, we’ll begin to unburden what was never ours to carry.
