This heart-opening session combines ancient cacao rituals with healing sound vibrations to foster emotional release, inner connection, and spiritual renewal.
What to Expect:
• A cacao ritual to set intentions and open the heart.
• Sound healing with immersive vibrations to release emotional and energetic blocks.
• A 90-minute experience:
• 15 min overview and cacao preparation
• 60 min sound healing and meditation
• 15 min integration and sharing
What You'll Need:
• Water, journal, yoga mat, and a small blanket.
