Join Taiwanese Shamanic Sound healer Lifang Huang for a 12 hour workshop on Sound Healing and Tibetan Pulsing for self healing and healing others at Nirakula Yoga.
The workshop is Scheduled for the 28th and 29th of September between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Lifang Creates a healing sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls Nepalese shamanic drums her voice and other instruments. The powerful blending of the different sound layers filled with unique tonal frequencies and qualities helps balance the chakras and elements within and help assist with healing and inner transformation work.
Tibetan Pulsing is a therapeutic practice that combines aspects of meditation bodywork and energy healing. It is based on the idea that our bodies store emotional and physical stress in different organs and by working with the body's natural pulse these blockages can be released. The practice involves gentle pressure breathwork and sound to stimulate the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation and healing.
During the course of the workshop you will learn how to use different instruments to offer sound bath and healing to others. Also how to use these tools for deep meditation and self healing. You will learn about the energy systems of the body and how to keep them in balance using the different frequencies of the different instruments. She also introduces you to shamanic practices that she learned from the native healers of Peru to go on a vision quest and find your life purpose. Practices to connect with the different elements of nature and to channel the energy from abundant universal resources.
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners who want to go deeper into their practice.

You can chose to participate only on one day or on both the days.
Day 1 mostly includes introduction to instruments techniques to use instrument's understanding the body introduction to healing practices.
Day 2 is for practice on self and others.
