Shamanic Savasana & Meditation begins with a warm up of simple mindful movements, breath awareness, and breathing practices. The remainder is spent lying in savasana (supported relaxation pose with bolsters, pillows & blankets) as you are guided on a meditative & relaxing journey using story telling, visualisation, and guided imagery. It is the perfect end to a working week & facilitates clarity of mind and deep relaxation. The class is held on Friday 7th October and can be booked online:
