About this Event
Join us for a transformative journey into grounding, alignment, and heart-centered healing. In this workshop, you’ll reset your nervous system with the Shamanic Decoupling Breath, learn to open the Wirracocha—a protective energy bubble connecting you to Spirit—and release limiting beliefs through journaling, stones, and Shamanic Sand Painting.
The workshop will be recorded for participants to revisit later. Please bring a notebook and 3 stones (of any kind) to work with. If needed, we can supply them.
