Next, we will flow into a guided shamanic journey meditation guided by our spirit ally, Kuan Yin, followed by the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, where crystal singing bowls, drums, rattles, chimes, and other instruments will wash over you, guiding you into a deep meditative state. Let the harmonics of the sound waves resonate with your heart, mind, and spirit, helping to release emotional blockages and cultivate compassion, both for yourself and others.
