This ecstatic breathing practice is done lying on your back, using a simple breathing technique designed to move you into altered states of consciousness. It is fusion of both Yogic and Shamanic teachniques. Using Shamanic medicine, sound healing, and other vibrational practices, Markus will assist in the movement of the energy, create a safe and protected space, and facilitate the journey. Be prepared for a powerful journey into unprecedented states of consciousness. It is also sugested that you do the practice on an empty stomach or after a light mean. Feel free to bring your own mats, pillows and blankets. Space is limited to 25 attendees ONLY.
