The Shamanic Journey Session allows you to enter a mind state where you can directly face your subconscious and work with it. This session blends verbal cues to guide you on your journey, drumming on and around the body, Native American flutes, singing, rattles, shakers, and intention. You may explore the Upper/Lower worlds, meet your power animal or mentor, or gain insight/clarity on an issue or problematic situation, etc. during the journey.
You will enjoy this session on a massage table with a pillow and blanket.
Bring a notebook and pen, if you wish, to record information revealed to you.
