What to Expect:
Grounding Meditation
We’ll begin by settling into the space with a grounding meditation to calm the nervous system, bring awareness into the body, and prepare you for the deeper journey ahead. This opening sets the tone for clarity, presence, and safety.
Drum Circle
Next, we move into a group drumming session to awaken the spirit and build collective energy. The steady beat of the drums helps release mental tension, reconnects you to the rhythm of the earth, and brings you into the present moment. No experience is needed—and you don’t need a drum to participate (but bring one if you have it!).
Shamanic Breathwork
As the energy builds, we’ll guide you into a dynamic breathwork practice to activate your inner healer. Using conscious, connected breathing and music, you’ll enter a non-ordinary state of awareness where deep emotional, physical, and energetic shifts can occur. This is a space for release, renewal, and reconnection.
Guided Shamanic Journey Meditation
To integrate the breathwork, we’ll move into a gentle, rhythmic drumming meditation to support your personal journey. In this deeply relaxed state, you may receive insights, clarity, or messages from within. This is your time to listen, reflect, and reset.
