Soul family, we individually find ourselves gathering together as one tribe every 4 weeks, so to look into our within place, so we don’t go without by way of connecting with the spirit of the shamanic medicine drum and Guayusa tea (Tea is optional). This proven healing practice has been passed on from our ancestors of the old ways.
This is an open circle and all are welcomed regardless of experience.
We will be transmuting the energies of circle gained by centering and opening our hearts, raising the vibration and spirit of the drum, align ourselves and connect with the spirit of Guayusa, pacha mama, our anscetors and spirit helpers whereby we can recieve guidance.
The wisdom and support of this circle will allow you to go deeper into your within place, so you don't go without.
Benefits of Drumming:
Theuse of shamanic drums can help with help with anxiety, depression, low confidence, low self esteem, sleeping, addictions, improves peace of mind and overall wellbeing, connection to spirit, ancestors, whilst creating and gaining, support, friendship, community and a sense of overall connection to self, others and beyond the physical........
What is and what are the benefits of Guayusa:
Guayusa tea has been drank for hundreds of years in the Amazon.
Tribes will gather to connect with spirit through this medicine in community, often early morning. In this act of surrender to spirit they seek to recieve guidance, messages and teachings to serve the individual and their community.
Guayusa releases a lot of energy to create this connection and combined with the healing properties of the shamanic drum creates a powerful medicine for us to share in.
In amongst other health benefits of Guayusa two main properties of Guayusa that assists in this work are:
Theobromine: The heart opening chemical in chocolate.
Theophylline: The relaxing and satisfying chemical found in "normal" tea and caffeine.

I do provide the drums, rattles and cups if you need at no additional cost.

Our entrance is to the rear of the Barrack Block at Maker Heights, on the ground floor beneath the granite staircase. We encourage all patrons to use public transport. Regular buses (70 and 70A) run from neighbouring villages and stop at the entrance to the site; it's a short walk up from there.
If you're coming from Plymouth, the last 70A bus will get you to the entrance just before 7pm, or the Cremyll Ferry runs regularly and meets the same bus loop to take you up the hill too. Please note that neither service runs late into the evening, so we suggest camping, or advance booking a taxi for the end of the night.
If you’re getting a train from further afield, stopping at Plymouth Station is probably your best bet. Alternatively, the 172 bus from St Germans station does meet the 70/70A bus in Antony if you time it right, otherwise it’s approximately a half hour journey via taxi.

A little about me:
I come from a psychotherapy background of 20 years and with an integrated 15 years plus of shamanic healing teachings that I bring to you.
My passion and calling in life is creating safe sacred spaces for those seeking personal healing, development, growth and support, using, learning and creating medicine tools of the old ways for the better of good.
I started to walk the shamanic path in early to mid 2000, whereby shamanism positively changed the way I interact with myself and the world around me. Hence why I bring my practices to the community so others can benefit from this too.
In addition to shamanic drum circles I pour sweatlodges, facilitate shamanic drum birthing workshops and I'm a kambo practitioner. I also offer energy healing and various other healing shamanic healing practices.
A little history on shamanism:
The use of shamanic healing drums within indigenous communities reaches back hundreds of years and continues to be practiced world wide.
Though such practices is often accossiated with the energies of Native America, Mongolia, Peru, and more, it was practiced here in the UK by our ancestors of 1000’s of years ago and continues whilst now proving evidence of high positive outcomes and changes.
