**What to expect**
Set an intention for your journey - for healing, guidance, or relaxation. We'll begin with abstract spoken word to gently guide you deep within. Lying down, you'll be carried by the drum rhythms on an inner adventure. Traditional instruments will ease you back to earth at the end.
