The first drum circle at the beautiful Mountfield Retreat, Tonbridge 💛Joyful prayerful singing and drumming to honour all our relations and the bounty of Mother Earth in all her seasonal outfits.
This session will last approx 3 hours and will begin with a delicious cup of ceremonial grade Cacao to open the heart and drop into gratitude. The session will include an opening ceremony, singing, drumming together, a drum journey and sharing of experiences if you'd like.
There will be lots of drums to borrow but do bring whatever drums and rattles you have and any songs you would like to share as there will be time for you to bring your medicine to the circle if you wish.

I am Laura and I will be hosting the drum circle. I am a Yoga and Yoga Nidra Teacher and I am trained as a Reiki Master and spiritual healer, and most recently shamanic healing and Light language.
I have been loving drumming and singing and dancing with my drum for 7 years, with teachers from Wales, Kent, Belgium and USA.
I am also part of a beautiful Kirtan company in North Kent, led by the amazing Michelle Crozier.
I have also learnt much from amazing women in Wales following the Life Spiral and since have held sacred space and ceremony for Birthing, Marriage and Dying and everything in between.
