if you've journeyed before, then deepen your connection to Earth and your Power Animal. The focus is on Self Healing.
If you've not journeyed than this is your starting point to a fascinating pathway. I'll be explaining about the Lower Kingdom, Power Animals and Intent and we'll decorate a stick as we focus our intent.
Before we journey we'll have a Smuge Ceremony to help us let any heavier energies dissipate from our energy field and to help us become clear and let go of our day to day lives. It's known as a Hollowing Out process, which helps us have a clearer journey.
A short meditation will lead us to a starting point and as the drumming begins we travel down to a beautiful pristine land as Earth was before humans began to farm it. The journey lasts around 20 mins.
You'll journal your journey, so bring a notebook and pen. We'll sit in circle and share something from our journey.
We may then use our rattles and drums, maybe learn a chant, before we have a few refreshments which will be provided.
We thank the directions as we close our circle.
