SHAMANIC JOURNEY at Lound village hall✨ Just 8 spaces available for an
Intimate and sacred experience .
Shamanic Drum Journeys ( not to be mistaken for drum meditation which I usually bring to you during some of our monthly drum circles) are a powerful tool for healing so you can learn, ask questions about your life , and be able to grow and evolve.
There are lessons in every journey, healings and action steps to take to move forward in your life.
What happens during a journey ?
In simple terms, you will be gently guided into a trance like / deep
Meditative state by shamanic drumming which is a continuous and regular beat of a shamanic drum . Drumming places the human brain into an Alpha / theta state which allows your Subconscious/your higher self to be in something akin to a dream State .
It is here that you can visit and communicate with animal guides and helpers.
The guided journey during this session , will allow you to enter the Lower World ( not to be confused with anything negative) .

What exaclty we we be doing?
We will hold a brief Smudging ceremony and set our intentions for the session along with selecting a Shamanic oracle card with a message for each of you, before laying in a comfortable position with blankets and pillows for your Journey.
Following the journey we will come
together once more where you can write down your findings while
I prepare a hot drink and biscuit.
We will have a sharing circle for those who wish to share their experiences and allow deep discussion about thier animals they have met along the way .
The investment is £20 pp ( payable on booking)
