Discover the transformative power of your breath in this Shamanic Breathwork Ceremony! Through intentional breathing, you have the opportunity to release emotional blockages, unravel limiting beliefs and step into your innate strength and clarity. We will be guiding you on this journey while using tools such as drums, rattles, chimes, tuning forks and essential oils. Sydney is a certified Shamanic Breathwork facilitator trained under Anahata Ananda in Sedona, Arizona, and a trauma-informed Kundalini Yoga instructor (200-hour RYT). With a background as an integrative health practitioner and a deep understanding of Ayurveda, Sydney is passionate about guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Her mission is to help others reconnect with their true selves while restoring vitality and contentment to the mind, body, and spirit. Through her work, Sydney creates a safe and transformative space for growth, empowerment, and holistic well-being.
