About this Event
Shamanic Breathwork: Opening to Awe and Wonder
Imagine loosening your grip on what holds you back from experiencing awe and wonder. Who would you be if you fully let go?
We have shattered into many parts through the experiences of our pasts that influence us from their unseen hideouts. Wholeness is found in gathering up and embracing these parts. What would it feel like to hold a still scared part and tell it that it is safe now?
Perhaps you, like me and everyone else, have built cherished defenses at a time when they were helpful, if not necessary. Are these defenses still beneficial, or are they preventing you from living the life your soul came here to live?
Shamanic Breathwork helps us find answers to these questions and is open to beautiful new possibilities.
When it’s over, I want to say all my life
I was a bride married to amazement.
I was the bridegroom, taking the world into my arms.
-Mary Oliver "When Death Comes"
Through the breath and chakra-attuned music, you'll journey deep within yourself and release what holds you back from being who you really are. This form of breathwork, when done in a safe and protective container, takes you into an altered state where you can access your inner guidance and your innate healing mechanisms. We will share intentions, teach the breathing technique, "breathe until we are surprised", and integrate our journeys through sharing our journeys and art.
One of the reasons I truly enjoy being a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator is that I get to witness the self-discover and growth that opens up for people doing the work. Will you join and allow us to support, witness, and honor your courage and the beauty of your magnificent self?
