✨ What is Shamanic Breathwork?
Circular, conscious, and deep breathing brings you into a different state of consciousness. The shamanic drum, resonating with the sounds of Mother Earth, guides you back to your core. It opens your heart and connects you with your soul. With every breath, spirit flows through you, creating a deeper awareness of your body and mind. This ceremony invites you to rediscover your energy and fully connect with yourself, your surroundings, and the natural world.

Naz combines her rich ancestral knowledge from Turkey with shamanic traditions from South America and Siberia. As a yoga teacher, breathwork coach, and shamanic practitioner, she creates a loving space where you can connect with your own medicine—the self-healing power of your body. She intuitively tunes into what is needed in the moment, guiding you back to the core where healing and transformation can take place.
🌱 Marco Kool
As a facilitator of men’s circles, I create a safe space where you can explore your hidden sides. Together with my team, we ensure a supportive environment where you can move, breathe, and release in a shamanic setting. We guide you to dive deep and come back up, respecting your unique process along the way.
