Set against the backdrop of Sandon Hall's beautiful gardens and over 400 acres of breathtaking English countryside, this evening retreat promises serenity.
The breathwork immersion will help your body fully relax and your soul ready to show itself. This is a feminine shamanic breath practice which relaxs the body and the mind. Leaving you in a completely relaxed state to be bathed in healing sound vibrations . This combination of breath and sound is a powerful yet blissful experience.
With over 20 years of experience in holding healing spaces between them, you can be confident you will receive the very best experience. The feedback from the first collaboration was amazing. A transformational journey to soul.
We recommend making yourself as comfortable as possible. Mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own, along with a pillow, blanket, or bolster—whatever you need to create a cozy nest for yourself.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
Because this workshop can promote strong and emotional release, it is not advised for some medical conditions. It is therefore important that you inform us of any of the following conditions are relevant to you:
* Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
* High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication)
* Detached Retina
* Glaucoma
* Osteoporosis
* Significant recent physical injuries or surgery
* Diabetes and kidney disease
* Diagnosis or family history of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
* Uncontrolled thyroid conditions
* Severe mental illness or seizure disorders such as Epilepsy * Persons using major medications
* Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition.
* Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years.
* Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
* Asthma - if you are asthmatic, you are welcome to attend providing you bring your inhaler to the session.
* This is not suitable for pregnancy or those with a Pacemaker.
For those who are pregnant, have a history of heart attack, high blood pressure or severe asthma and those on medication that alters brain chemistry, I can offer a gentle and modified breath.
