Shamanic Arts and Practices (ENA-275) Meets for 5 Sessions, starting on March 4th and ending on April 1, 2026.
This series of workshops will explore shamanic arts and practices with the goal of rediscovering the ancient wisdom of the shaman, consisting of five sessions. All materials are included in tuition. Session 1: Clearing Negative Energy and Creating Sacred Space. Session 2: Reconnecting with Nature and Animal Spirit Guides. Session 3: Restoring the Human Spirit Using Shamanic Healing Practices. Session 4: Shamanic Plant and Crystal Medicine. Session 5: The Power of Ritual and Ceremony. All of the sessions will be brought together to demonstrate how the rituals and ceremonies can be incorporated into everyday life. You will learn how to release stress, patterns of behavior, and personal trauma through the use of healing, surrender, and cleansing rituals. You will then be able to develop your own health and wellness plan using the shamanic tools, methods, and practices. Each participant will create a surrender box or prayer tie as this session's class project.
