Painting a Medicine Shield
Shamanism is strongly connected with creativety, weather it is music, dancing, painting or performing ritual and so on. The old Shamans were offen artists.
It’s the DOING that gets you moving out of your comfortzone and throws you into the deep end provoking new experiences, insights and understanding.
Moving the spirit towards a healing proces. This can be very exiting and offen livechanging.
What are we going to do:
In this workshop we will be making a painting from the vision you receive of your inner truth through the technique of the shamanic journey or traveling without moving.
The sound of the drum or rattle will invite you to go on a journey to see the various aspects of your inner strength and power, to own and honor your birthright as part of being human.
What to expect :
By painting your vision you will release what’s deep inside, transformed and materialized into reality.
This will be a powerful statement. Knowing that you are returning to your live with a vision…of yourselve.
