Shamangelic Breathwork CeremonyKnown as the QUEEN of Breathwork - Anahata has facilitated Shamangelic breathwork for 25 years, guiding over 12 thousand individuals though this Shamangelic Journey healing core wounds, awakening hearts and expanding spiritual clarity. Shamangelic Breathwork offers a deep and profound mind/body/soul healing experience. This breathwork ceremony incorporates deep breath techniques, vibrational sound, soulful music, guided visualizations, and ttailored individual energy healing. Through the use of Shamanic tools, crystal therapy and light body expansion techniques, you will experience a personal and sacred journey into the depths of your soul and beyond!
Anahata Ananda blends the compassion and tenderness of an Angel with the wisdom and strength of a Shaman to guide profound journeys of core healing and spiritual awakening for 25 years. She has trained extensively with gifted Shamans, energy healers and spiritual teachers from North America, Peru, India and Asia in order to artfully integrate the fields of energy healing, Shamanic teachings, emotional release, and self-empowered living. A master healer and teacher, Anahata has been training Lightworkers and Healers in various Shamanic Healing Modalities and Shamangelic Breathwork Facilitation techniques for over 17 years. Anahata is the founder of Shine – Sedona’s Sanctuary for the Soul where transformational programs, trainings and sessions are offered year-round by world-class facilitators.Anahata has been featured on E Entertainment TV and Gaia as well as Luxury Magazine and Organic Spa Magazine. Anahata has been a guest expert on the many podcasts including The Danette May Podcast, Aubrey Marcus podcast, Ben Greenfield podcast and the Mark Groves podcast
Liz Wolf
Liz honors her role as a community leader in Austin as co-owner and creator of Lizard Yoga. Liz employs 50 loving teammates. Liz brings forth what she has learned from her teachers along her 20+ year path as a yoga teacher, meditation guide, YTT and LMT. Liz has a passion for harmonizing both Eastern wisdom and modern science. Liz is an Ayurvedic therapist and is excited to share her wisdom and embodiment of body and mind connection.
Liz will be facilitating soundbath meditation and gentle movement for the event. Liz is delighted to support her friend and guest facilitator, Anahata. Liz will be assisting with breathwork and energy work.
