We will provide everything but the stick - that bit is up to you (we will have spare if you get stuck). We want you to find the right stick for you, something sturdy and straight. The journey of finding that stick is all part of the process.
On the day we will take you through a shamanic journey to the lower world to find your spirit animal, then up to the upper world to meet your spirit guide.
You’ll also get a sound healing and a bird medicine oracle card to work with. 🪘🪶
