Shallow Alcove is a band of friends fronted by Grace Krichbaum and Dan Harris, with Peter Groppe, Jack Harrington, and Noah Dadaris. They combine stacked vocal harmonies, catchy guitar riffs, and diary-like lyrics to form a tender soundtrack to young adulthood. Shallow Alcove’s music is based in their love of DIY folk music and colored with narratives of friendship, the changing of the seasons, bad haircuts, and the ache of growing up. What started as friends writing songs in the bedrooms and basements of Upstate New York has since shifted to the apartments and studios of New York City and Philadelphia, but Shallow Alcove’s roots have remained the same: story-telling with the people they love.
Born with an innate sense of storytelling, Sarah Gross found solace in her guitar and pen, channeling her introspective journey into raw, honest, and soul-stirring melodies. Sarah Gross and her band bring a little bit of Nashville to New York. Sarah's storytelling-driven performances have won the hearts of audiences near and far, cementing her place as a rising star in the indie country music realm. Her newest album, “ The Killjoy”, was recorded between Dreamland Studios in Woodstock, NY, and her childhood bedroom on Long Island. Sarah has been performing ever since she could play a barre chord. Sarah is currently celebrating a viral moment after singing on stage with country music star, Zach Bryan, at UBS Arena. She has also been hand-picked to open for artists such as Sammy Rae & The Friends, Bella White, Lawrence, Jade Bird, and Melt. Fans can expect new music in the coming year, including her newest single “Better With Age”, out now.
Sarah's genuine storytelling and heartfelt performances have won the hearts of audiences near and far, cementing her place as a rising star in the indie folk music realm. With every verse, she weaves emotions into melodies, leaving an indelible mark on the souls of those who listen.
