-Friday 15 November “Full Moon Date”:
-Arrival. Be at Lake Ohau Round Bush DOC camping ground by 8pm, 2km pass Lake Ohau Lodge.
-Full Moon Cacao Ceremony, Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing. Follow by circle, Kirtan-Chanting/Music Playing and storytelling. Bring your tent/camper, a blanket or yoga mat, Organic-Natural insect repellent like Tea Tree or cover yourself, sleeping gear and food and tea to share. Food will be “potluck”. Non-alcohol or drugs allowed. Sharing and being healthy is a wonderful way to show love!
-Saturday 16th
A-Hatha Yoga by the lake: 7am.
B-Pranayama/Meditation: 8:00-8:30 am
C-Share breakfast, 8:30-9:30am
D-Drive Departure, 9:30 am (carpool). Drive to the end of the road then Walk to Huxley Hut (https://www.doc.govt.nz/parks-and-recreation/places-to-go/canterbury/places/ruataniwha-conservation-park/things-to-do/huts/huxley-forks-hut, 4.5-6hrs), camp or stay in hut (6 bunks + camping). Beautiful valleys mountains views of Hopkins and Huxley valleys. Easy flat walk most of the ways with some forest and river panoramas for nature connection. Meditation and sound healing practices in nature will be guided by Alex during the walk in some magical/energetic spots. Shared lunch by the river.
