This is a deep absorption in meditation and transmission of Siddha Maha Yoga. Activation and Awakening of your own inherent spiritual power or Kundalini that is crucial to spiritual growth and well being of body, mind and soul. If you are seeking the path of non dual Self realization and/or are suffering from trauma or stuck in your practice this is a transformative space to help you begin or enhance your internal process.
All spiritual practices aim at awakening Shakti energy and making it introspective but often requires long or constant effort, requiring much patience. The awakening is much more easily possible through the grace of Shaktipat. Afterwards you continue your practice as it begins to develop automatically clearing and healing what needs to develop for your higher good.
There will be a short introduction and then deep meditation/ transmission. There will also be time after for questions and sharing.
