Sovereign Sisterhood opens where all true sovereignty begins: with Witness.
Before a woman can trust herself, speak freely, or hold boundaries, she must first be seen—without judgment, fixing, or minimization.
WHAT THIS GATHERING INCLUDES:
This is not therapy.
This is not a discussion group
It is a facilitated witnessing experience grounded in embodiment, presence, and ritual.

MERKABA/FLOWER OF LIFE UNITY HOLOGRAM INITIATION:
In mystical and meditative traditions, the represents a field of consciousness or subtle geometry through which awareness, perception, and embodiment are integrated. The Merkaba reminds us that balance does not come from eliminating complexity, but from organizing it. Through light, geometry, and focused attention, this practice offers a way to align intention with emotional and mental awareness—supporting clarity, presence, and integrated experience.
The Flower Of Life Unity Hologram is a repeating geometric growth pattern demonstrating how complexity emerges from simple rules. The Flower of Life reminds us that balance often emerges not through force or effort, but through relationship and repetition. By engaging with its structure through light, attention, and intention, participants experience how coherence can naturally arise—supporting clarity, steadiness, and integrated awareness.
PURIFICATION FIRE CEREMONY & INTENTION BLESSING:
The gathering includes a guided purification fire ceremony, a ritual practice found across many wisdom traditions.
This ceremony offers a moment to:
- connect coherently with your Merkaba
- align with the Unity Hologram Flower Of Life
- release what no longer serves your highest good
- mark a clear beginning
- clarify personal intentions
- consciously step into the year ahead
Participants are invited to place written intentions, symbols, or silent prayers into the fire, allowing release and renewal to occur in a grounded, respectful way.
The ceremony concludes with a blessing of intentions, anchoring clarity, presence, and sovereignty moving forward.
Participation is optional and held with care.
PAIRING & SHARING WITNESS:
Participants are gently paired for structured sharing using guided conscious prompts.
Structured sharing is a guided practice where one woman speaks at a time while another listens without interruption, advice, or judgment and roles are then reversed.
Clear roles and time boundaries create safety, allowing each woman to be heard, witnessed, and respected without pressure or performance
The listener does not advise, analyze, or respond—she witnesses.
This practice restores trust in one’s voice and creates intimacy without pressure.
SOUND JOURNEY:
The gathering closes with a grounding sound journey using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and voice.
Sound supports nervous system regulation and allows the experiences of witnessing and ritual to settle into the body.

This gathering is facilitated by Liz London. Participation does not require a year-long commitment, and this workshop does not provide certification of any kind. It is offered as a live, experiential practice rooted in presence, dignity, and embodied sovereignty.
Witness Practice is a way of speaking and listening that restores dignity, clarity, and inner authority.
It is not about fixing or analyzing. It is about being seen accurately and respectfully.
