This Shakti will be fiery - a space to shake, release, and let go, so you can bloom with fresh energy and clear intention.
Shakti flow blends sensual movement, spirals, hip-openers, intuitive flow, and embodied expression to help you clear stagnation, rekindle your inner fire, and reconnect with your wild feminine energy.
What to Expect
-Arrival Adornment — optional gold face tattoos (provided by Kimmy) to symbolize blooming + renewal
-Fiery Shakti Flow Session - fluid movement, spirals, shaking, deep hip work, breath-led release, intuitive expression
-Spring Intention Ritual - a grounding close to plant what you’re calling in for the season ahead
Come shake it off, open your body, and bloom from the inside out.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
