An exploratory 90 min class that will teach you how to get the most from your Shakti mat, or pillow.It's surprisingly relaxing to subtly target marma points, lymphatic nodes, vessels, cutaneous nerves, fascia and muscles using restorative yoga postures, breath and optional gentle movement.
Each class is tailored to the needs of those attending on the day, making each lab a different experience.
